Beaded fun

This engraved beaded spoon is lovely with a picture of a tree and red green and white beads on the handle. It is too tiny to be of any practical use. My son kept swiping it from the drawer and using it to eat pudding. Then it would get lost. It was in danger of dropping down the drain or garbage disposal. The photo itself is only a smidge smaller than the actual spoon. It is only five inches long and the bowl is one inch. It is the size of those collectible spoons one buys at tourist sites. So I came up with a solution. I made a necklace out of it by creating a matching beaded chain.

What's that looking in my picture window?
It could be a Huorness with those owl eyes. I posted a better portrait of her in the Fangorn art thread. My son and I affectionately call her Gertrude. She is a Silver Maple. The picture has not been altered to give her those eyes. In real life the eyes are even more obvious than in this poor cellphone photo.

Xanga
This is the daily-maybe weekly rustlings of a Fangorn Oak. I could be talking about any subject from tree species to how to role play an Ent. For the most part, my creakings here will relate to trees and Ents.
